Scratch Evensong - Sunday 24th September, Rehearsal 4.00pm, Evensong 6.30pm
Come and sing Evensong with the Choir of King's Lynn Minster from Scratch!

Evensong is part of our unique national heritage for which many of the gems of English Church Music were written.  If you have never sung an Anglican Evensong and/or if you fancy a good sing, come along and join us for this one-off event.  You may even decide that you want to come along again after this to join us when we sing for Civic services, or Evensong in a cathedral, or one of our many Sunday services in the Minster.

Music will include Dyson’s setting of the canticles in D and Wood’s Expectans expectavi (sung in English!)

If you would like to attend, please contact the director of music, Adrian Richards, on 07768 582208, or via anmr@btopenworld.com so that we can be sure that we have enough music, or join us on the day.  (Bring your own robes if you have them, refreshments provided.)
